Advertising canvas – Sewing Technique 

In this workshop we will experiment the potentiality of advertising canvas as a surface to create new products, such as wallets and bags. We will use the canvas as a fabric, cutting it with scissors with the help of patterns. We will create small holes with a hole punch tool, which we will use to sew the pieces together, with needles and waxed thread. Also using a punch and a setter tool, we can add snap fasteners to our pieces, in order to close and open the pieces.
